WIT AND WISDOM

Wit & Wisdom was created by Great Minds, the same nonprofit that created Eureka Math. Wit & Wisdom is a K-8 English curriculum program that brings rich content everyone loves into your child’s classroom. Wit & Wisdom helps our students meet the expectations of the new English standards while celebrating the joy of reading and writing.

EUREKA MATH

The Eureka Math curriculum was created by Great Minds, a nonprofit that brought together teachers and experts to craft a program based on the world’s most successful math programs. Eureka was built around the core principle that students need to know more than just what works when solving a problem—they need to understand why it works. The curriculum goes beyond facts and formulas, teaching students to think about math conceptually. This helps students become not merely literate, but fluent in mathematics.

ORTON GILLINGHAM

Orton-Gillingham is a highly effective, evidence-based approach to teaching reading, spelling, and writing, designed to help individuals with dyslexia and other language-based learning difficulties. Developed in the 1930s by Dr. Samuel Orton, a neuropsychiatrist, and Anna Gillingham, an educator and psychologist, this method emphasizes the importance of individualized, multisensory instruction tailored to the unique needs of each learner.

PRE-K FOR ALL

Young children learn best in the context of relationships and through play and engaging hands-on activities. In early childhood classrooms, the relationships children develop with their teaching teams and caregivers are crucial to their development and learning. Additionally, the toys, games, and other materials in their classrooms support discovery and exploration – an essential component of early learning.
